I got all of these products at Target, & this brand is pretty cheap & comes in a bunch of different options, depending on what kind of skin you have and what you're looking for.
Then I used my Whole Body tea tree oil on a few blemishes & finished off with Olay's moisturizer.
the lovely Jenna recommended to me. Mainly "Beyond the To-Do List" (which deals with successful professionals & their tips, practices & things like that. I LOVE this one.) & Seanwes Podcast (haven't listened to but one of these yet, but so far pretty good.)
I feel really inspired after exposure to other peoples' productivity & how they live their professional lives, hah. I know it's weird, but there it is. So I find it especially helpful when gearing up for a hard week. Gives me a sense of excitement about the week.
But I also have been listening to a lot of soothing sounds, like classical instrumentals, Enya & the likes. I just feel soothed after 30 minutes to an hour of her lovely voice.
